Frankton Marina Development

Council resolved at the August 2011 meeting to cancel the agreement with the Queenstown Marina Developments and agreed to draft a Request for Expressions for a developer partner to undertake the development of the Frankton Marina.

The proposal comprises marina berths supported by facilities such as carparks, marine related commercial activities, landscaping, etc.  The site is located at the Frankton Marina Reserve, Frankton Arm, Lake Wakatipu at the entry to Queenstown.

Expressions of interest close on Monday 19 March 2012.
