Future proofing our water supply schemes.

The Council is preparing a Water Supply Demand Management Plan for each community with a public water supply scheme and potential future water supply schemes. 

The purpose of these plans is to:
• Consider the demand on each water supply scheme; and
• Look at ways to implement each scheme to encourage the most efficient use of water. 

Each plan will be released for public consultation before it is finalised and implemented.
