The District Plan is made up of three volumes.  It has been split into sections to make it easier for you to download.  This online version is current from the latest set of updates dated January 2010.

The Queenstown Lakes District Plan was made fully operative on 10 December 2009.  Where pages have been updated since that date the footer has been amended to reflect this operative status.  Unmodified pages of the Plan will still have the words ‘Partially Operative’ in the footer and these will be amended on an ongoing basis as pages are updated.
