Plan Change 4 North Three Parks
To provide for low and medium density residential and business uses for the 46.8 hectare site that lies between the Golf Course and the Three Parks Zone. The site is bounded by Ballantyne Road to the West and the Wanaka - Luggate Highway to the East. The proposed zoning reflects the zoning outlined in the Wanaka Structure Plan which was adopted by the Council in 2007.
