Plan Change 10 Improving Amenity in High Density Residential Zones

The purpose of Plan Change 10 is to improve the amenity values of the High Density Residential Zone located within the Queenstown and Wanaka urban areas. This includes objectives, policies, sub-zones, changes to activity status, introduction of new rules, changes to bulk, location and appearance standards.
