Plan Change 33 Non Residential Activities within the Residential Rural Living and Township Zones

The purpose of this plan change is to close a loophole that currently exists within the Residential, Rural Living and Township Zones that allows inappropriate activities such as panelbeating, spraypainting and fibreglassing as a permitted activity.
Closing this loophole will help us make sure the amenity values anticipated within the District's residential areas are maintained.
