Plan Change 39 Arrowtown South

The purpose of this plan change is to rezone approximately 30 hectares of Rural General zoned land to provide for up to 215 residential units, 12.2 hectares of Open Space, including 4.6km of publicly accessible trails and footpaths and a small village area.  The proposed Plan Change will rezone the area to "Arrowtown South Special Zone", and is located between McDonnell Road and Centennial Avenue and bounded along its Southern boundary by the Arrowtown Golf Course.
