Required Application Forms & Supporting Information

The following documents MUST be downloaded and submitted as part of your Building Consent Application for a commercial project:

You will also need to supply the following documents with your application:

  • Proof of ownership: Certificate of Title, Rates Account, Sale and Purchase agreement or Lease provided. 
  • Letter from the owner appointing agent

Trade Waste
