Required Application Forms & supporting Information

The following documents MUST be downloaded and submitted as part of your Building Consent Application: 

You will also need to supply the following documents with your application:

  • Proof of ownership: Certificate of Title, Rates Account, Sale and Purchase agreement or Lease provided 
  • Letter or email from the owner appointing agent

 

Building Consent Processing Checklist

Please select the appropriate processing checklist from the below list which applies to your residential project. CS19.3 should be used for all new residential consents or significant amendments.

These checklists must be completed in FULL and submitted as part of your application documentation.
