Following previous consultation, Council has adopted a draft Freedom Camping Bylaw for the purpose of further consultation with the community. 

A copy of the draft bylaw, the statement of proposal, the evaluation matrix and a submission form are available from Council offices, Council libraries and from

Council’s website www.qldc.govt.nz/draft_freedom_camping_bylaw_2012. Submissions can also be made online.

Submissions must be in writing and will be received up until 4pm on Wednesday 21 November 2012.
