*	I/we would like to advise Council that we currently have a visitor accommodation status and are paying the applicable rates - however we are discontinuing the use of our property for visiting guests and would like to remove our visitor accommodation status and return our rating factor back to its original status. NB: This rate change will come into effect in the following 1st July from todays date
