Lakes Enviromental Fee Changes 

Council is proposing that the fees for the majority of resource consent applications are changed to a guaranteed (fixed) price so that applicants have certainty about the costs they will incur.

Submissions close on Wednesday 10 October, 2012.

A hearing for submitters who wish to be heard will be held on Friday 19 October.
