Dog obedience training is a positive way to spend time with your pet.  

Under the Dog Control Act 1996, you're responsible for controlling your dog, making sure it behaves appropriately around people and other animals.

Remarkable Vets - Puppy Preschool Programme

Vetent Puppy Preschool - Queenstown

Puppy Preschool at our Queenstown clinic is run by our vet nurse Anna-Marie who has extensive experience and knowledge of Puppy Preschool issues and is passionate to help your new puppy settle into their new home.

Puppies learn to socialise in a safe environment whilst owners can get advice on any issues they may be having settling in their new puppy.

It also introduces your puppy to the vet clinic in a friendly and safe manner. This gives the puppy a positive experience for future visits that they may find stressful.

Over 50 years experience in obedience and agility training, specialised search and rescue and working dogs, film work and competitions.  Gary runs basic and advanced group training courses and one-on-one sessions.

Wakatipu Dog Agility Club

Wakatipu Dog Agility Club meet 10.30am Saturdays at Jardine Park, Kelvin Heights, also weeknight training over summer. All dogs 12months + welcome. No previous experience necessary.

Dog Agility involves a dog and handler working as a team with the handler guiding the dog around a course of varied obstacles in the quickest possible time. Tunnels, hoops, see-saw, a 7ft A-frame and more! Come and give it a try! First session is free!
