Makes sure that we have the financial resources to deliver the Long Term Council Community Plan, and to report our achievements made under the Local Government Act.

The Policy and Planning Team works hard to understand growth and the things we can do to influence the effects growth has on the community.

Infrastructure Services department
Responsible for the maintenance, renewal and development of water supply, waste water treatment and disposal, roading, parking, recycling and waste services.

Helps other teams deliver their respective goals. The specific functions include Communications, Governance, Regulatory, Information Systems, GIS, Records, Customer Services, Human Resources.
