Get back into exercise safely with this six-week programme for new mums.

Build confidence through this targeted exercise programme with a strong focus on pelvic floor and core strength. A supportive group environment to talk about the changes to your body and demands of being a new mum.

Who's it for?

New mums; babies welcome too – they’re great for resistance training (but must be at least six weeks old)!

When does it run?

Tuesdays, 11.10am-12.10pm

4 May - 8 June.

Where is it based?

Queenstown Events Centre group fitness studio.

How much  does it cost?

$89 for Alpine Health and Fitness members or $99 for non-members.
