Mindful May
This May, we are encouraging our members to practice mindfulness, and gain more awareness of how to improve mindful habits in everyday life. Throughout the month we will be including more mindful practice in yoga and stretch classes, offering tips and tricks on our notice board in the gym as well as holding two special events – Yin Yoga with live piano and an Intro to Emotional Intelligence.
-
Join us for a very special yin yoga class accompanied by local pianist, Kinga Krupa.
Sign up at reception. It's just $20 and all proceeds are going to Happiness House.
