Pilates for strength

Pilates  for strength is a six week pilates   course  that will take your training to the next level!

You will build strength and stability, targeting muscle groups that  get forgotten about in the gym. No pilates experience necessary, so sign up if you’re looking for a new way to mix up your workout!

  • Mondays 7.00pm to 8.00pm, 22 August to 26 September.
