Women/Mates and Weights

Free workshops for anyone who’d like to make the most of their gym membership  and increase their confidence when weight training at Alpine Health and Fitness (Queenstown Events Centre).

This is your chance to learn best practice from our experienced gym team including:

  • the benefits of weight training

  • training safely

  • techniques and exercises

  • gym etiquette.

 

Suitable for ages 16 and over, split into separate sessions for women and men:
