Originally from France, Thomas has been into sport from a very young age. With eight years in track and field, and 25 years in snow sports, it has always been his life and dedication.

Thomas has been teaching for more than eight years. His love for personal training comes from his commitment to helping people reach their goals, whether performance-related or for general well-being.

From bodybuilding to strength training and sport-specific programmes, Thomas will help you reach your goals.
