A boil water is in place for businesses and properties across Queenstown following a number of confirmed local cases of illness caused by the protozoa, cryptosporidium. Join instructor Keity Garcia as she introduces and refines your alignment in basic poses. Beginners welcome!

    • Wednesdays before work, 8:00-9:00am.

    • Wednesdays - 9.15am to 10.15am - a special session for the young at heart! 

    • Friday lunchtimes, 1:00-2:00pm.


    • Anyone aged 16 and over.

    • All abilities welcome - Keity's hatha flow style will especially suit beginners and intermediate yogis.

    • Wānaka Rec Centre - either in the meeting room or indoor stadium.

    • All gear provided but you're welcome to bring your own mat.

    • OPTION 1 - $10.00 per casual session.

    • OPTION 2 - $90.00 for ten-session pass (valid for any day/time), i.e only $9.00 per session.

    • No need to book - just turn up!
