Appeals received for Stage Three

General information about the appeals process is available on the Environment Court website. An annotated version of the chapters and maps, showing provisions under appeal, is available here.

The section 274 period for the Variation to Chapter 30 - Energy & Utilities (Stage 3) is now open.

To become a party you need to give notice to the Environment Court, within 15 working days (11 January 2021) of the appeal being lodged and to other parties within 5 working days of the deadline for joining the appeal.
