Summerdaze endorsed events

Love yourself to the Nth degree - 8 dimensions for wellbeing

Generations of ‘modern life’ have separated many of us from our ancestral roots, ancient wisdom and inherent knowledge of how to be well, and how to be one.

Grounded in Te Ao Māori with a kaupapa of aroha, we will reconnect with the eight dimensions within ourselves and deepen our understanding of what it is to truly thrive - as individuals, as a community, as a planet.
