A slip has affected the Two Mile Water Treatment Plant along Queenstown-Glenorchy Road. We're asking residents and businesses in the following areas to reduce water use where possible while crews work to restore normal service: Fernhill & Sunshine Bay, Queenstown CBD and Frankton Road. Planning for the future has always been seen as an important activity to ensure our district's communities can grow well and retain what makes them special places. Around the year 2000 QLDC and a number of our communities developed what was known as 'Small Community Plans'. These plans can be found here.
