Private Plan Change 3 – Queenstown Gateway (5M) Limited

Queenstown Lakes District Council (QLDC) formally received an application on July 20th, 2026, requesting a private plan change to 28-30 Grant Road and 3 Murchison Road, which are Zoned within the Proposed District Plan’s (PDP) Chapter 21 Rural General Zone.

Current Status of Application: On July 20, QLDC formally received a Private Plan Change request through Clause 21 of the First Schedule of the Resource Management Act 1991 (RMA). Council staff are currently processing the request as required in Clause 23 of the First Schedule of the RMA.
