Private Plan Change 5 - Northlake - Wānaka

Queenstown Lakes District Council formally received an application on Friday 9 October 2026, requesting a Private Plan Change, applying to an area of land located within the Operative District Plan Northlake Special Zone (Chapter 12) in Wānaka. The Council is currently processing the application as required under the RMA.

Current status of the Application: Council are reviewing the application in accordance with Clause 23 of Schedule 1 of the RMA to determine whether the applicant is required to provide further information on the request. If required, Council will make a request for further information within 20 working days of formal lodgement.
