Private Plan Change 4 - Corbridge Resort Zone - Wānaka
Queenstown Lakes District Council (QLDC) formally received an application on August 24th, 2026, requesting a private plan change to 707 Wānaka-Luggate Highway, which are Zoned within the Proposed District Plan’s (PDP) Chapter 21 Rural General Zone.
Current Status of Application: On August 24th, 2026, QLDC formally received a Private Plan Change request through Clause 21 of the First Schedule of the Resource Management Act 1991 (RMA).
