Private Plan Change 4 - Corbridge Resort Zone - Wānaka

Queenstown Lakes District Council (QLDC) formally received an application on August 24^th, 2026, requesting a Private Plan Change to 707 Wānaka-Luggate Highway, which are Zoned within the Proposed District Plan’s (PDP) Chapter 21 Rural General Zone.

Current Status of Application: On August 24^th, 2026, QLDC formally received a Private Plan Change request through Clause 21 of the First Schedule of the Resource Management Act 1991 (RMA). On September 18 2026, Council staff requested further information from the applicant regarding Private Plan Change 4 through Clause 23(1) of the First Schedule of the RMA.
