Development contribution costs - Request for reconsideration
Request for reconsideration may be lodged with QLDC but there are several conditions (detailed below) and the request must be lodged with us within 10 days of receiving a development contribution notice.

You may lodge a reconsideration request if you believe that:

The development contribution was incorrectly calculated or assessed under the Council’s Development and Financial Contributions Policy

The Council incorrectly applied its Development and Financial Contributions Policy; or
-
The information used to assess your development against the Development and Financial Contributions Policy, or the way the Council has recorded or used it when requiring a development contribution, was incomplete or contained errors.
This request must be lodged with the Council within 10 days of receipt of the development contribution notice. Please complete the form below and attach any relevant documents.

We will notify you of the reconsideration outcome within 15 working days of receipt of all the required information to process the request. If you are unhappy with the result, you may lodge an objection within 15 working days of receipt of the notice of outcome.
