Hāwea Mapping Variation (Limited Notification)
Queenstown Lakes District Council is currently undertaking the Hāwea Mapping Variation (Limited Notification) to the Proposed District Plan (PDP) to address two discrete PDP mapping issues. The Variation seeks to rezone two residential lots within the Longview Subdivision to Suburban Residential Zone (SRZ) and update PDP mapping to rezone land zoned SRZ to an appropriate Open Space and Recreation Zone, to formally acknowledge that the land is now vested in Council for reserves purposes.
Limited Notification
Only persons who have been determined to be “directly affected” by the variation and have been served the limited notification notice under clause 5A(3) of Schedule 1 of the Resource Management Act 1991 (the Act) may make a submission on this proposal. If you have not received these documents, you are not eligible to submit on the proposed variation.
