Before you start:

Please note this form needs to be completed by the property owner or relevant property manager. This form is for residential collections only. If you are managing a commercial or business property, you are advised to engage with a private operator. 

Once you have submitted the form, a member of our rates team will assess your application to ensure eligibility for the service. 

We are currently experiencing delays to processing times. Please be aware it can take up to 4-8 weeks to complete.
