Private Plan Change 2 – Arrowtown South

Queenstown Lakes District Council formally received an application on March 9th, 2026, requesting a private plan change applying to land located within a portion of the Operative District Plan’s Arrowtown South Special Zone (Chapter 12). The Council is currently processing the application as required under the RMA.

Current Status of Application:  On the 15th of July 2026, the applicant for this Private Plan Change provided an updated application following the Request for Further Information (which was sent by QLDC on the 9th of April 2026) and this documentation can be found on this webpage. On the 5th of August 2026, Council requested that Additional Information be provided for the updated application in accordance with Clause 23 of Schedule 1 of the RMA. This Additional Information Request can also be viewed below.
