If your query is about existing or previous resource consents or building consents relating to a property, these can be reviewed via eDocs - eDocs is the Council's online electronic record system.
All of the Council's current and historical property information is saved on eDocs and you can search via property address or using specific building or resource consent reference.
eDocs - Online Document System
eDocs is our online file portal which gives public access to property and consents records.
To use it for the first time, please register with your email address and create a password.
eDocs provides an open and transparent approach to accessing property information. It enables all document records not marked as confidential to be publicly accessible. It includes, for example, emails between agents applying for Building Consent and us at QLDC.
