Leisurelys
Gentle and low-impact exercise for the young at heart.
Offering safe, enjoyable exercise geared to the young at heart, the Leisurelys programme based at Queenstown Events Centre will lead you to improved physical fitness, strength, flexibility and balance.
Enhance your independence and get more out of your everyday living and recreation.
Classes
Our classes are designed specifically for you and include Pilates, balance, AquaFit, tai chi, golf, RPM (spin bikes), stretch and yoga stretch plus gym and circuit sessions.
Membership
- 3 months – $120
- 6 months – $200.
Membership includes unlimited Leisurelys classes and access to the pools at Alpine Aqualand. Gym access only available during Leisurelys gym sessions or with a personal trainer.
Assessment
Before joining our Leisurelys classes an instructor will complete a physical activity readiness questionnaire with you. Once you've been assessed you have the freedom of casual gym access at $5.00 per class or save with a 10-visit concessions pass for $45.00.
