Aqua Boards
Work your core like never before!
Our AquaBoards programme is an instructor-led, full-body workout that uses the gentle movement of pool water combined with high-intensity interval training and yoga-inspired exercises to challenge you.
Sessions run in five-week blocks and alternate between Alpine Aqualand (Queenstown Events Centre) and Wānaka Recreation Centre:
-
Term 1 & 3 - Alpine Aqualand
-
Terms 2 & 4 - Wānaka Recreation Centre.
At Alpine Aqualand there are two different styles of class:
-
AquaBoards - Balance; a low-impact, moderate-intensity class combining poses and body weight exercises to deliver a full body workout.
-
AquaBoards - HIIT; a high-intensity workout that builds both strength and endurance by combining functional exercises with the instability of water.
Bookings are not yet open for the next five-week blocks. More info coming soon.
