Over three weeks local instructor, Naomi Ishii will teach you a five-minute routine you can perform at home.

Who's it for?

Ages 16+, all fitness levels welcome.

When does it run?

Our first ever intro course begins soon with the option of either an evening course or a daytime course (you choose one or the other; no mixing and matching allowed!).

  • Evening course: Wednesdays at 6.30pm; 14, 21 and 28 April

  • Daytime course: Mondays at 11.15am;  3, 10, 17 May.

Where is it based?

Queenstown Events Centre

  • Evening course: upstairs in the function room

  • Daytime course:  group fitness studio.

How much  does it cost?

$49 for Alpine Health and Fitness members; $59 for non-members. Bookings confirmed on full payment.
