Props like rollers, blocks, mats and straps help you feel where your body is in space and connect you into the sensations of the movements more deeply.

We  run three-week courses with popular local Pilates instructor Paula Te Kawa throughout the year. Smaller class sizes means more instructor time.

Who's it for?

Anyone aged 16 and older; no previous experience required.

When does it run?

Where is it based?

Usually in the Function Room, upstairs at Queenstown Events Centre.

How much  does it cost?

Previously $49 members / $59 non-members for a three-week course. Bookings confirmed on full payment.
