It's Strength 101, but for runners! 

Strength 1-0-RUN is an eight-week, after-school training programme for teenagers.

Led by ultra-runner and personal trainer, Oli Roborgh you’ll learn technique and speed work to gain a lifelong love of running.

Suitable for all abilities - beginners to more advanced runners.

Who's it for?

Ages 13-18; no experience required.

When does it run (pun intended!)?

Tuesdays, 3.45-4.30pm during term times. Our Term 2 programme starts on 18 May 2021 and ends on 6 July.

Where is it based?

Queenstown Events Centre.

How much  does it cost?

$39 (less than $5.00 a session!).
