About Senior Strength

Senior Strength is a 60 minute class consisting of 30 minutes of low impact aerobics and 30 minutes of strength, balance and flexibility.

It's a strength class for the young at heart! Come along to increase your mobility, strength and maybe share a laugh and connect with others.

Where and When?

Senior Strength runs every Tuesday from 11.00am at Paetara Aspiring Central.

Senior Strength kicks off on 30 April!

Senior Strength is just $15 per session!
