Notice of Intent
Through a Notice of Intent (NoI) the Queenstown Lakes District Council (QLDC) is advising interested parties of the intention to go to market to attract suppliers(s) for the supply of Waterways Regulatory Services. (Harbourmaster Functions)
The opportunity
Supply of Waterways Regulatory Services to deliver the Council's functions and responsibilities under the Maritime Transport Act, Navigation Safety Bylaw and Shotover Empowering Act, which includes but is not limited to:
- Education
- Enforcement
- Patrolling
- Reporting
Purpose
The purpose of this notice is simply to assist the market’s business planning by:
- alerting the market to a planned procurement that is currently under development
- to give the market an outline of the requirements and
- the indicative timeline of the planned procurement
