Private Plan Change 2 – Arrowtown South

Queenstown Lakes District Council formally received an application on March 9th, 2026, requesting a private plan change applying to land located within a portion of the Operative District Plan’s Arrowtown South Special Zone (Chapter 12). The Council is currently processing the application as required under the RMA.

Current Status of Application: On the 9th of April 2026, Council requested that further information be provided in accordance with Clause 23 of Schedule 1 of the RMA. This document can be found in the link below on this webpage. On the 15th of July, the applicant for this Private Plan Change provided an updated application following the request for further information and this documentation can also be found below.
