Private Plan Change 2 – Arrowtown South
Queenstown Lakes District Council formally received an application on March 9th, 2026, requesting a private plan change applying to land located within a portion of the Operative District Plan’s Arrowtown South Special Zone (Chapter 12). The Council is currently processing the application as required under the RMA.
Current Status of Application: On the 9th of April 2026, Council requested that further information be provided in accordance with Clause 23 of Schedule 1 of the RMA. This document can be found in the link below on this webpage.
