Lake Street reopens 6.00pm today

Lake Street status: OPEN, 6.00pm on Friday 20 October

We are pleased to confirm that Lake Street will reopen this Friday 20 October from 6pm. We want to thank you for your patience and input whilst these works have been underway.

There are a few other updates on roading layouts to be aware of:  

Man Street between Brecon and Hay Street

From Wednesday 25 October access to the Man Street Car Park will be from the Brecon/ Man intersection. Resident access will remain via Isle / Hay Street. The full road along Man Street is targeted to open towards the end of November.

Isle Street East closure

We have been waiting for the warmer weather to lay the final layer of asphalt at the intersection of Brecon and Isle Street East. We will be closing Isle Street intersection outside Bespoke café from 7am – 6pm on Wednesday 25 October. Parking will remain outside Bespoke Cafe and the Medical centre during this 1 day closure.

During this closure we will be opening the Brecon / Man intersection for the day. This area will close again Thursday 7am as we will be completing drainage works at the intersection.
