Aquaboard Yoga

A new programme combining Aquaboards and Yoga!  The programme is excellent for your core and balance!

  • Aquaboard Yoga is about balancing on top of the water. It brings yoga poses mixed with the instability of water. 

    Yoga can be tough on dry land, so you'll get an extra bit of difficulty with doing it on the water. Let's make a splash  and reap the benefits of this great exercise.

    11.45am to 12.30pm
