Publicly notified resource consents

  • Digital Billboard

    Consent is sought for a 34.56m2 digital billboard displaying static messages which may not be related to the activities located on-site. Each image will be displayed for a minimum of 60 seconds with a 0.5 second cross dissolve between images. The luminance shall be 500cd/m2 from sunset to sunrise and 5000cd/m2 at all other times.

    The billboard will be located on the East side of the Crowne Plaza hotel, facing down Shotover Street at the height of floor levels 2, 3 and 4.  

    Relocate existing sign

    The existing 11.88m2 Crown Plaza Hotel signage currently located on the east side of the building will be relocated upwards to the height of level 5.

  • To undertake a two lot subdivision that will create two lots below minimum lot size. Lot 1 is proposed to be 2200m2 net in area, whereas Lot 2 would be 1800m2 net at 11 Northburn Road, Wanaka.

  • To undertake a three lots subdivision and to establish a residential building platform on each lot at Riverbank Road, Wanaka. Legally described as Lot 3 Deposited Plan 383485 held in Record of Title 333154.

  • Application under Section 88 of the Resource Management Act 1991 (RMA) for resource consent to undertake a two-lot subdivision at 782 Malaghans Road, Queenstown, and establish a 1,000m2 residential building platform on proposed Lot 2, as well as undertake associated earthworks and landscaping. It is also proposed to construct a residential unit within the proposed building platform, with design controls proposed at 752 Malaghans Road, Queenstown.

Limited notified resource consents

Section 95B of the Resource Management Act 1991, and Section 29 of the Housing Accords and Special Housing Areas Act 2013, provides that only parties served with Limited Notifications are permitted to make a formal submission.
