Women and Weights

Free workshops for anyone who’d like to make the most of their gym membership  and increase their confidence when weight training at Alpine Health and Fitness (Queenstown Events Centre).

Suitable for ages 16 and over, our Women and Weights sessions are free workshops for Alpine Health and Fitness Members.

This is your chance to learn best practice from our experienced gym team including:

  • the benefits of weight training

  • training safely

  • techniques and exercises

  • gym etiquette.

We know the gym can be an intimidating space, but it doesn't have to be. Sign up at reception to our next available sessions listed below!
