Rating information database available for inspection

The QLDC Rating Information Database is available for inspection online.

It is also available to inspect online at the following Council offices during business hours between 8.00am and 5.00pm (excluding public holidays):

• 10 Gorge Road, Queenstown

• 47 Ardmore Street, Wānaka

The Rating Information Database contains all information required to set and assess rates on each rating unit within the Queenstown Lakes District.

This notice is pursuant to Section 28 (4) of the Local Government (Rating) Act 2002.
