Private Plan Change 2 – Arrowsouth Properties Ltd
Queenstown Lakes District Council formally received an application on March 9th, 2026, requesting a private plan change applying to land located within a portion of the Operative District Plan’s Arrowtown South Special Zone (Chapter 12). The Council is currently processing the application as required under the RMA.
Current Status of Application: The Council is currently considering whether any further information will be requested in accordance with Clause 23 of Schedule 1 of the RMA.
