Term 4 Programme starts Tuesday 13 October.
Join our Circuit Training Programme and work towards a fitter, stronger version of yourself alongside a supportive group of like-minded people.
Whether you're new to training or looking to take your fitness to the next level, our 45min sessions are designed to challenge, support, and motivate you every step of the way.
What's included:
Two group training sessions per week for eight weeks
8 free sessions of Yoga/Pilates/Zumba (access to one per week during the programme)
Expertly designed circuits created by qualified fitness professionals
Ongoing coaching and technique support throughout every session
Exercise options and progressions to suit all fitness levels and abilities
A welcoming community environment to help keep you accountable, motivated, and engaged
Session times and cost
The Strength Series is $199 per term and there are two options available:
Early Starters: Every Tuesday and Thursday from 7.00am to 7.45am.
Mid-Morning: Every Tuesday and Thursday from 9.30am to 10.15am
Location: Paetara Aspiring Central Indoor Courts
18+yrs only
Spaces are limited and bookings are required
