A lively racquet sport that combines speed, skill, and strategy for players of all levels!
Come along to our social badminton sessions — a fun and friendly way to get moving and meet new people! Whether you’re just starting out or have played for years, everyone’s welcome. You’ll get the chance to improve your skills, play with new opponents, and enjoy plenty of laughs along the way. Badminton can be played in singles or doubles, so bring a friend or join a team on the day. It’s all about keeping active, connecting with others, and having a great time on court!
