Current notified resource consents

A five-lot subdivision and identification of three new residential building platforms with associated earthworks, access, landscaping and ecological revegetation at 1576 Makarora, Lake Hawea Road, Wanaka.

To remove an existing swing mooring (M85) from the bed of Lake Whakatipu (Whakātipu-Wai-Māori), and to re-establish this mooring approximately 13m to the west, requiring land use consents from the Otago Regional Council and the Queenstown Lakes District Council.

To lawfully establish an existing swing mooring (M105) to the west of the Frankton Marina, Lake Whakatipu (Whakātipu-Wai-Māori), requiring land use consents from the Otago Regional Council and the Queenstown Lakes District Council.

To remove an existing swing mooring from the bed of Lake Wakatipu (Whakātipu-Wai-Māori), and to re-establish it in a new location on the southern side of the Frankton Arm to the north of 659 Peninsula Road, Kelvin Heights.

To lawfully establish an existing swing mooring (M246), to the south of Eely Point, Lake Wānaka.

To lawfully establish an existing swing mooring (M53) on the southern shoreline of the Frankton Arm, Kelvin Grove, Lake Whakatipu, Queenstown

To remove an existing swing mooring from the bed of Lake Wakatipu, and to re-establish it in a new location on the southern side of the Frankton Arm to the north of 451 Peninsula Road, Kelvin Heights, Queenstown

To lawfully establish an existing swing mooring (M206), on the bed and surface of Lake Wānaka, to the south of the Wānaka Marina, within Roys Bay, Lake Wānaka.

To lawfully establish an existing swing mooring on the bed and surface of Lake Wakatipu to the south of the Queenstown Gardens, Park Street, Queenstown.

To remove an existing swing mooring from the bed of Lake Wakatipu and re-establish it in a slightly different location, and to authorise a second existing swing mooring in its current location.  This would be on the northern side of the Frankton Arm, to the west of the Frankton Marina, within Lake Wakatipu.

To lawfully establish an existing swing mooring (M38) located on the southern shoreline of Kelvin Grove within the Frankton Arm of Lake Wakatipu.  This would be on the southern side of the Frankton Arm, to the east of the Kelvin Heights Golf Course Road and Queenstown Golf Course, within Lake Wakatipu.

To lawfully establish an existing swing mooring (M179) and an existing jetty (S97), both located on the north-western shoreline of the Frankton Arm, Lake Wakatipu.  This is on the bed of Lake Wakatipu, along the north-western shoreline of the Frankton Arm, Queenstown. The jetty is situated in front of 271 Frankton Road.

To lawfully establish an existing swing mooring (M233), to the south of Eely Point, Lake Wānaka.

To lawfully establish an existing swing mooring (M60) located on the southern shoreline of the Frankton Arm of Lake Wakatipu.  This is on the bed of Lake Wakatipu, within the Frankton Arm, to the north of 623 Peninsula Road, Kelvin Heights, Queenstown.
