Statement

Ex-Mayor Warren Cooper said in a Scoop interview that one aspect missing from the current Council is Business acumen. I bring that.

I’ve been a Queenstown resident for 25-years and understand the challenges —from housing affordability and sustainable tourism to significant infrastructure issues. What’s missing from Council today is business experience.

With a strong background in property and technology at the highest levels in NZ, I offer commercial expertise to tackle real issues, like a $250M roading expenditure that's significantly over budget and hasn’t eased congestion and sewage going into the Shotover River.

Queenstown needs smart, value-driven leadership. I’ll advocate for practical, commercially sound solutions that reflect better value for ratepayers.
