Kids Pickleball
Kids Pickleball returns for term 2 2026!
Sessions will run from 4 May to 29 June. There will be no classes on 27 April and 1 June.

This programme is for children ages 5 to 12.

About Kids Pickleball

The fastest growing Racket Sport - Pickleball - will now have a kids session (children ages 5 to 12) at Wānaka Recreation Centre.
When: Mondays
Kids aged 5-7 3.30pm - 4.00pm (30min) $50
Kids aged 5-7 4.00pm - 4.30pm (30min) $50
Kids aged 8-12 3.30pm - 4.30pm (1 hour) $80
Where: WRC Indoor stadium
What's on offer?
Kids will be taught how to play Pickleball. There will be an instructor running the session and all gear will be provided. No need to bring your own paddle!
Why learn Pickleball?
Pickleball is fun, social and one of the fastest growing sports in the world. It's an easy game to pick-up, but very difficult to master.
It's a game that can be played your entire life and has a great social aspect to it.
